Always see the commercials on the morning news. Walked in the place was a cluttered mess. It looked like an over sized junk drawer. Made an order and was told it would be a half hour and he would call. Never called. Went back 45 minutes later and our food still wasn't ready. Then, he microwaved our frozen tamales while we sat there and continued to wait. We made an order to go and also, he didn't even have those frozen tamales ready for us. Then he came and said he didn't have what we ordered and he would give us more, smaller tamales to make up for it. When he brought us our bag of frozen tamales, an hour later at this point, he took two out and said, \trust me I gave you 1 extra\ We did the simple math and there were no extra, he just took out the ones he said he would give us to make up for what he didn't have, but still charged us for the ones he didn't have. The tamales fell apart in the steamer when we tried to heat them up at home. There were bones inside of them too. When paying, he used a little card slider on his cell phone. Very unprofessional. We spent 150. Won't be back. Also, besides being dishonest and thinking my wife and I were idiots, the owner/manager guy or whatever he is was really creepy and pushy and something was off about him. I wish I would have read the reviews before I took my wife over there.
