Saw the Milwaukee Comedy Festival, it was a great show well worth the price of Admission. Shank Hall never disappoints, very friendly staff and very well run. I will go back again many, many times. Took the Hop to Burns Commons and it was just a block walk to the club.

Been here 20 years and had never been to a gig at Shank Hall. Remedied that this weekend and was very impressed. Laid back and intimate vibe with a good sound. Friendly door staff. Bar and table service. Decent drink prices. Will be keeping an eye out for future performances here.

We went to this place to see think Floyd which was a cover band for famous British rock band Pink Floyd. The crowd and the atmosphere was amazing we really enjoyed the show and all the energy from the small stage. They have pictures of many famous figures and their signatures hanging on the walls this place has a lot of character and history I recommend this place for grabbing drinks or seeing some really old school shows.

A fantastic, intimate venue. They (unfortunately) tend to book a lot of cover/tribute bands and other sub-par acts, but once in a while they hit a home run with their booking (e.g. Samantha Fish) and suddenly all is forgiven. Once in a while they have \Pun Slams\ which are a totally different kind of event but a TOTAL BLAST, and I highly recommend checking them out.

What a great place for music! The sound was awesome when we went to see Jagged Little Pill on Friday night. The drinks after not over priced and it's a quaint place to see a band.
