My dog breathing was really erratic and raspy I phoned this animal hospital and told me to take her to them... my girl stayed the night and received emergency treatment and oxygen before being moved to the Royal Veterinary College for further tests and more treatments thankfully my darling is back home with me now ...but this is absolutely due to the emergency care she received by this vets practice. I cannot thank enough Maria and all the staff that looked after my Maggie the past Saturday night I am extremely grateful for the kindness you showed me and my dog in such a difficult time

At 3am they were brilliant. Quickly found the problem gave us excellent care advice. Very thorough, blood tests done on site, results very quickly returned, totally professional and kind. Would highly recommend and use again.

I had to visit these vets with my 4 year old make cat 4 times this year due to urinary blockage. For three of the times I have had a very compassionate experience. Unfortunately the final time we went to make the heartbreaking decision to have him put down as we had tried everything and spoken to our vets previously about it. The vet we had, had a very judgmental tone when we said what we had decided even though was the hardest decision. The cat was already terrified and spent an hour trying to out an IV into him so they could do it. His veins were thick from the previous visits so it kept blowing. After an hour we asked what the delay was and they explained and we asked if there was another way to make the process quicke as was really stressing gins so gave him a mild sedative. Finally got it in and it blew so had to administer heavy sedative to knock him out which would have caused less stress if done earlier on. When we went into the room he looked so terrified. Once it was done instead of a sorry for your loss or anything all we got was “shame he was a nice cat I have always wanted a ginger one” the whole experienced was made so much more traumatizing than it should have been.

So compassionate, and kind. Unfortunately our pet had to be put to sleep but they discussed all options with us, and helped us make an informed (albeit heartbreaking) choice.
