Ceri and 23C save the day again... after being told by another local bike shop that what I wanted to do was impossible Ceri had the required parts in stock and got them to me exceptionally quickly so I was able to do the ride I'd planned that afternoon. Knowledgeable and never patronising even when the home mechanic has done something stupid that needed fixing. Best bike shop in the area in my opinion (and the coffee and cake are pretty good too!)

A shop full of Bianchi’s, the worlds oldest bike brand and the bike ridden to victory in the recent Tour of Spain. Full range of bikes, E bikes, clothing, and spares. Full service facilities for all brands and custom bike building on offer as well as a cafe for lite bites, coffee and cakes. Knowledgeable friendly staff seem to know the answer to any bike questions you might have and also make a mean cup of coffee. How talented are they! Well worth a visit if only to ogle beautiful Italian racing bikes. The gluten free brownies aren’t bad either!

Thank you to Ceri and the guys at Twenty3c for the Di2 upgrade you did on my road bike. Great collection and delivery service, really high quality workmanship and friendly help and advice among the way. All done at a very reasonable price. Look forward to popping in for a coffee and cake when things return to the new normal. Will definitely use again for future servicing work.

I've been here a few times with my dog. A nice atmosphere, great tea, brilliant cake. My only gripe is that this place closes too early (at 5pm). On the 4 occasions I've dined here, customers are still walking in at 4:50pm. Ideally, especially on a Saturday, closing time should be at 7pm. Also, sandwiches and even hot food should be sold here.

Very helpful and fixed the Di2 cable and gave the bike the once over. Definitely go to bike service repair store for me
