Never have I been so impressed with such great professional customer service over the phone. They called straight away about an order for 2 slipper clutches I'd placed. They had one in stock, but could order in another one if I so wished, which I did. So they're sending me one, and as soon as they get the other, that one too..... Brilliant. I received honest and friendly advice about self servicing my son's RC car. Amazing sense of humour mixed in with a passion for helping out complete novices like me. I came away from that call smiling Will definitely use these guys again. Thank You

Ali Hobbies, can’t praise them enough, The brothers are passionate about their business, honest, helpful, realistic, very knowledgeable, been in the business for 40 plus years. Walked me through the RC car types, how they are powered, discussed where and how you were going to use them, how they are controlled, how fast they can go, importantly, what you get for your money, I have used their tech/service support which was faultless. Their shop is a dream sweetie shop of lovely tech Radio Controlled cars, planes, helicopters, boats, tanks and goodies for all. If you’re getting into remote control stuff, building model plane’s, car’s, tanks etc, Ali's shop should be first on your list to visit, parking is generally not a problem and you can get reasonably close, if you have large goodies to take away with you. I will certainly be back shortly for a rather big RC monster truck, but which one will I choose mmmmm! There isn’t many things better than getting the whole family out in the fresh air and spending quality time together playing with you RC’s and it doesn’t matter what age you are or if male or female, just have loads of Fun!
