The man that helped me out was very polite and showed me how the walker was supposed to be used for my 77 year old father. He kept on updating me on the status of the paperwork while I waited out in the lobby. The process was very easy and he even made sure which walker was the one my father really needed/wanted. Thank you

The Rep on the phone was very friendly and helpful. I feel like nowadays any place you call in the medical field is often unpleasant. I work in healthcare myself and I called them trying to get information on supplies for a medicare patient of mine and the fella on the phone was able to give me coverage details and requirements and all very quickly. Very impressed!

My air mattress has a leak in it somewhere & when I called Americle they did send out not one but TWO techs to apparently \ inspect\ the mattress. My issue with that was they came w/o so much as a repair patch or replacement. They apparently did not have a mattress in the warehouse but did not bother telling me this & it seemed like the tech was only interested in convincing me to buy an upgrade. Anyways, I am not happy with their poor handling of my situation.
