I ordered Risotto alla Milanese con Ossobuco and the local region's (Lombardia) Inferno red wine from Conti Sertoli Salis (Nebbiolo 85%, Merlot and Brugnola). The tender meat with bone is under this lime-ish flavoured elegant vegetable based topping, which suits perfectly with the savory taste of the meat. The lime helps extract meat's flavours on your tongue's surface and blends perfectly with air each time you chew. The risotto is cooked al-dente which boosts the flavour of the saffron, pleasantly matching with the sauce of Ossobuco. The al-dente cooked rice keeps its integrity so that it doesn't mash up with broth and saffron, it supports the taste as if it acts like bearing of a building. The wine is just a perfect match with the plate. I'm not a wine expert at all, so don't expect any guideline, I'm just telling straight forward how I felt. On your first sip, it felt like a blast-in straight like a dinamite, followed by a horizontal expansion of acridity and spicy flavour. It was dry as hell, better should I say \as Inferno\. One after another, the chase between the meat and the wine was so adventurous, I was lost in my imaginations. I was away from Milan for 6 months, I was kept abroad because of the COVID-19. So this dinner had this particular taste of the Town, and made me realise how much I missed Milan. Every bite was talking to me welcoming and caring, so it made me cry like a baby in front of everyone in the room. I believe the cook in this place is a real mage who can speak through the food. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. I can't wait to bring my beloved partner and dine at its most intense with her. If only Italy supported love visa #LoveIsNotTourism .

Oh what a place! Menu has everyday special and made in adjacent to days theme and tone. We all loved it. Staff is so friendly and warming , was as sweet as dessert. Highly recommended if you are around the place. Opens for dinner only and reservation is advised. ..
