It's a nice place to have a picnic, feed ducks and see a little bit of history. 3 stars because it just isn't big enough. The windmill is neat though.

Prescott Farm is a great little historical property/park. There's a wind mill, a small pond where families often feed the ducks and a traditional herb garden. There are a few days per year where the wind mill is typically open to visitors and that's always neat to see.
We stopped here to check out the windmill and have a little picnic. Our kids could run around and enjoy the scenery while we could read about the history of the place all in it wonderful outdoor setting. Great for nature Journaling! It could be done in 15 minutes or 2 hours, your choice.
Well manicures, peaceful grounds. Nice for a short stroll and meditation.
