100% Horrible!!! Do not waste your time and money. For the 2nd time I I was shorted on extras I paid for and also portions were way smaller than any Red Lobster I been to. I should of learned the 1st time. I will be spreading the word about how bad this place is. Worst thing is I found out it was the manager that made the food. The rude lady that I complained to can just keep my 20 credit she was going to give me. Her and the manager can split it between them. I actually gave the manager a 17 tip to apparently do me wrong. Live and learn i guess. They need it more than me. Quit doing people wrong MICHIGAN CITY RED LOBSTER!!!!!!!!

Octavious is always pleasant to have as a server. Hes always the perfect amount of attentive. Never overbearing and gives you a chance to really enjoy your time and meal. The only upsetting part of our meal was the over cooked lobster tail.. it was like chewing on rubber.. we didn't complain however because everything else on our Lobster Lovers Feast was perfection.

We always come to this Red Lobster. Service is great, it's not loud like the other locations in nwi. It is always a pleasant experience. It's not crowded and the serve staff are always friendly.

This is a horrible place to eat! I love red lobster I have been to many stores over the years and I love the food! However Michigan City is the absolute worst place to eat. The first time I went the service was bad, the bad service effected the customers behind me and it was very unpleasant! The second time was recently in January and these people over charged me and refuse to give me my food! The manager was horrible about the situation, he acted like a confused waiter instead of a manager. He did not even try to see who processed my payment and offered no help. I f I did not have to be at work that night I would have made a police report! No stars! Do not Eat Here run! Other places in town have better service and better quality customer service! Hell mcdonald's manger is definitely more qualified than him!

First time, experience was awesome. Not to busy, no wait time. Waitress was great, friendly, helpful with answering questions, efficient. Food was delicious and excellent. From the rolls to salad to the main dish. Crab legs, lobster and shrimp. Lots of leftovers.... Lots of parking, very clean place. Great atmosphere. Definitely will be back...
