This place is Horrible! I went to that place to get a tooth extracted, after the extraction I asked the doctor if she can prescribe me some medication ( pain relief and antibiotics). She said no I ll be alright there is no need for medications. Three days later, I had fever, swelling jaw and so much pain that I called the clinic to let the doctor know I couldn’t keep up so I need her to authorize a refill at cvs. She never replied back. Next day I call cvs to request a refill from a previous prescription, she rejected it. I ll never ever go back to this place. They don’t care about patients. —000–

Dr.\ Sadia A. Ali is the most unprofessional doctor that I have ever encountered. If you are interested in the lowest form of possible \care\ a doctor constantly billing you for appointments she shows up to 4.5 hours late, cancels without notification, is never on time, never reviews charts before her appointment, forces you to find your charts because she doesn't care about patients. Her goal is to refer you to everyone to keep making the clinic that never answers the phone, not to mention, nurses taking off their face mask in the middle of a pandemic, go to this clinic. It doesn't matter if you're the very first appointment, she will find a reason to be late. She will find a reason to lie about chart records and request more tests that she could have requested in the beginning but because she's a very lazy and last minute doctor. Do not go to this clinic unless you're interested in dying. In one phone call she tells me she will start me on one medicine and then on the next she tells me she won't. She did the exact same thing in person. Then she starts me on medicine that has a history of causing heart attacks and severe attacks. Everyone I know says she's disgustingly awful and doesn't care about anything but getting paid. How can you be a \dr.\ and only care about yourself? selfish. Nevermind people who have jobs that they have to do. How are you always late to a telephone health appointment? how are you misadvising and ill-informing people? not reading charts before saying what you're going to put someone on? how are you not being professional when someone calls you out on your tardiness and contradictions and blatant lies? What type of clinic hires someone who lies when there are records that exist?? She deserves to be fired.

My appointment is at 10am I been here for almost two hours there’s nobody in the front window and it’s about 6 people in here I had no problem with the two people in the front because they got me in the room quick. but we called to see if anyone was there noone respond it’s ridiculous I have to wait on the appointment I been scheduled for 10am staff goes on break for hours it almost 8 people in here in a small room it’s COVID going on these staff needs to do better

Today I went to get tested for the Corona virus I do not recomendó this place a worker atención the tablet trate me very Bradley IT was the first time that center they did not have a scan very bad service he works in it half no recommend this place
