Made a PayPal purchase two weeks ago. They provided order status two days later of item shipping along with tracking number. While tracking the item, it showed UPS delivered the item a few days prior to it shipping. After looking a little closer, I came to the realization that the tracking number they provided was for an order that I previously purchased from them. Needless to say, I have been trying to reach them for the past two weeks via whatever means necessary. (Email, Phone, Website Message System) I have yet to get a response....

Is this store even open anymore? I made a PayPal purchase. The money was taken out, but no information. I’ve called.. no answer. Left message... nothing. Facebook Messenger... nothing. - Just odd that so many say how good their experience was.. but I’m not even sure this place is even in business anymore. - Any suggestions or help?
