Dr. Mehan and the staff were professional and polite. The procedure went well and I appreciated their help with everything. I was nervous, but they were kind and understanding, and always checked to make sure I was going ok. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I was extremely impressed about every aspect of my experience with both Doctors Mehan and Wadhwa, as well as their staff. I had a procedure done and was impressed with their expertise and professionalism. My procedure was literally painless! I expected there to be some mild pain and discomfort but never had any. I was blown away by the technical expertise shown by them. Absolutely exceeded my expectations in every way!
I had been going to another urology office for 3 years to be treated for overactive bladder, nothing they tried worked, I was having to void every hour and was incontinent of urine often during the day. After seeing their ad on Facebook I decided to give them a try for a second opinion. As a retired nephrology nurse I am very choosy about my medical care. I went to Dr Wadwa in July for the first time. I am extremely pleased with him and the office and happy to report I finally have relief from my overactive bladder. Yes, there are often 20-30 minutes wait time but the doctors there are worth the wait and never rush you when they see you. I highly recommend this center
I had a wonderful experience at East Valley Urology!! Dr Wadwa was both caring, informative and skilled with my Kidney Stone procedure. As painful as stones are, my care at East Valley was as painless as could possibly have been hoped for.
- Hold times to speak to someone are unacceptable - You'll wait in the waiting room 20 minutes beyond your appointment time, just to be taken into an exam room where you continue waiting even longer. The reason this is a concern is that they will turn you away at the door if you're even a tiny bit late. Didn't happen to me, but I overheard another patient going back and forth with the front desk about being 2 minutes late (he wasn't). So they don't take lates, yet it takes them forever to answer the phone or actually see you. Something's obviously wrong with that. The doctors are great. It's the business processes that are in great need of improvement.
