Absolutely great service from All the Folks at TLC so impressed my wife & I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Daniel. He is a knowledgeable and fun guy to spend an hour or so with and learn about what scooter i may need, options, durability, drive time he really made it fun ! Best of all you can try anything- suggest you do. So thanks again Daniel and the rest of the enjoyable staff i met a few Saturday afternoons past. Outstanding Service & Follow up !

We purchased a bathroom shower seat for our son. We had many other questions about other items we may need in the future. Daniel was not only helpful but put our minds at ease as to which item would suit our son the best. I left my 4 wheeled walker to have the brakes adjusted. I got a call saying they were unable to fix the brakes and could pick up my walker. When I got my walker I found that they had broken the brake and I had to find another company who could fix what TLC broke. I would never recommend them. My personal opinion was that they were trying to sell me another walker, instead of saying they did not carry my brand and could not adjust the brakes on it. From the minute I walked in with the walker they kept trying to sell me their brands of walkers. Again, I would never set foot in their establishment for anything. Now I have to pay another company to repair what they broke to over 100.
