Awesome place, Steve was great. He put in the time to find what bat best suited my daughter. It's roughly 1½ hr trip one way for us and we will make it happily whenever she is in need again.

Ordered a bat on-line on January 6, 2021, received confirmation that the bat shipped out on the 6th but as of January 13th still have not received the bat. Called the store they basically took no ownership of the issue and blamed the post office. I will update if and when we actually receive the product. I guess that's what I get for free shipping!!!! The store might want to start using UPS for on-line orders. Fact of it all is the store has their money but I don't have the bat. UPDATE: Finally received bat on January 16 2021. Still don't understand why it took 6 days to get from Mentor to Cleveland but it did. The bat itself is everything we expected. Just a suggestion start using UPS. I would rather pay a little extra for shipping than have it take as long as it did with USPS.
