I can’t say enough about the the people that work at this facility. Each and every one of them are the most caring and friendly people. You can genuinely tell that they want to make a difference in everyone’s well being. I look forward to donating every week because of you all.

I was very pleased with the process BioLife has done and the set up of it. They do a very quick and thorough way of making it the most easy and fastest way possible. However, when it comes to trying to get ahold of them for any sort of information or news it is basically impossible. I have been trying to call over the last 48 hours and have not even received a single call back about my issue that needed to be solved. I understand these are difficult times for everyone, but the reason that a call back was not able to be made is very frustrating.

I have been happy with BioLife at first, but now I am done with this place. First things is that I get there 15 min before my appointment and it still takes almost 1 hour to stand in line because they only have 1 person checking everyone in. 2nd, a pattern seemed to have emerged with me over the past few weeks. My protein levels were ok on my 20 draws, but for some reason, on my 70 draws, my protein for three times now was at 5.9 when you need 6.0 to go through. I will not let you get my plasma for 20 every time. I wait in line for over 45 min 3 times just to be told that my protein is 5.9. I eat the same food every time that I go. I am finished. I will not go there any more. My time is more valuable to me. My advice is to hire more staff. There are good people that work there, and I am sure that they are stressed about the conditions. Change your tactics also please.

I really have nothing bad to say about Biolife and it's staff. They are always upbeat and cheerful and also very accommodating so that's great but I have one gripe with their operation. It seems that at certain times they are way too over booked and I end up waiting longer to get processed than it would take to give an actual donation. There are people wrapped all the way from the back into the lobby where you enter the building. Most of the time though, like in the morning or early afternoon, they get you in rather quickly and painlessly so I'm assuming this has everything to do with the Covid-19 stipulations. Still though, they should have a better processing system in place by now. If anyone new is looking into donating, I still highly recommend Biolife in Mentor. The place is clean and the people are very professional and again, very accommodating.
