I never write reviews for any of the places I go but I felt like this needed to be shared. I got an appointment quick and easy. My cat HATES the vet. I even gave him calming treats beforehand and he was still super fussy. The vet handled it like a champ and my cats attitude did not seem to sway his professionalism in the slightest which was greatly appreciated. I was recommended this place by a friend and I’ll be recommending this place to my friends. I wish I could say the appointment was quick and painless but at least it was quick lol

Thought it’d be great because I got an appointment same day, but now I understand why. Front desk personnel was extremely rude. Apparently you’re not supposed to enter the building because of covid, however I was not informed prior to my visit. The front staff personnel assumed we knew apparently and acted appalled when we came into the building for our appointment. It’s sad covid has become an excuse to treat people poorly. Update: the person at the front was actually the doctor. He was continually rude throughout the entire process. Would not suggest coming here at all.

TLDR: version - Great experience, would recommend, ignore the one star reviews. He cares more about your pet than perhaps sugar coating his words, but by no means is he rude. We brought our year old Saint Bernard there to be fixed. We couldn't get in to our regular vet at a time that was convenient to our schedules so we found Men. Falls Animal Hospital online. My wife was a bit nervous after reading some of the one star reviews regarding his bedside manner and reluctantly agreed to go. We were also a bit concerned because our \puppy\ is a tad rambunctious and being 130 lbs. makes him definitely a handful. The vet tech was awesome at handling him which made us both feel comfortable. We were late in picking our dog up (my wife transposed two numbers for her cell phone contact number) and he was very polite in dealing with OUR mistake. He had every right to be mad at us as he called the other number several times and the lady on the other end was very rude to him. We also needed to take our puppy back earlier than expected as he got around his cone and started licking at his stitches. Again, the vet was polite and kind while treating our dog. I would recommend this vet to anyone needing one. We seriously considered making him our regular vet but unfortunately we live too far away for it to be reasonable.
