Friendly staff, very efficient. I usually only spend 30 minutes to an hour there. Now it's even quicker because I can do my screening from their app. The money goes to my card right away, which I have had issues with at other places.

Clean and organized facility. Danielle and Jessica are two of the best at their respective positions. Smart, informative and helpful. Thanks for everything. However today Sept 17 was a horrible experience. Some of these so-called medical personnel are unprofessional. Left me too bruised on Tuesday to donate today. Girl there More concerned with showing rap videos than helping me. I come a long way to be disappointed. Perhaps Biolife will treat me better.
I love this place and the staff. I used to donate at a different center and this place and the staff are leaps and bounds above a closer center to me in Waukegan. It's so worth a few extra miles to have a much better experience. I should have changed a long time ago because every time I would donate at the other center I would get misses and bad sticks but I have NOT had a problem completing my donation process here The staff here are way better at the vein puncture (sticks) here than the untrained and untalented staff in Waukegan. The wait time here is minimum compared to the other center and they answer the phone if you happen to call ahead with a question unlike the other place . I have sat in the other center and watched the staff ignore the phone while just standing around. Joy
Years ago this Csl had the most rude staff been coming here for well over 10 years when I had a problem managers always stuck up for their employees well I’m sorry I’m the customer I wasn’t having it I would call corporate there no nonsense but years later the Csl plasma in melrose park ate professional and extremely kind this makes it so nice to frequent I love this place now
The phlebotomist smelled like gin n juice when she jabbed me and missed.
