The worst experience renting ever!!! I came yesterday to rent a whole set for randonnee (boots and skies) and organized a guided tour to learn new places in Megeve. The material was not looking in very good condition but look good enough for a day. After 30 min one piece of the binding broke and couldn’t continue skiing. So I have to come back and return all. I showed my disappointment with the guy that prepared all the stuff the day before but he was nice guy. And I asked him that I guess that I was not to be charged after all the inconvenience and loosing the whole day of skiing. And he fully agreed. When in was leaving the shop one of the two ladies upstairs, asked my name in order to pay. I explained and showed my dissatisfaction and then all the sudden a guy came down and starting to justify and we argued because of the poor of service at the counter and condition of the material. The experience was horrible as the little guy with the beard was not acknowledging but emotionally behaving in a very rude way. Not the way to treat a client. Clearly a place to discard. The typical arrogant treat. There is tones of other places to have brand new material and more satisfactory service. Do not go there.

Un vrai magasin de ski et de randonnée avec des professionnels de haut niveau, sympathiques et passionnés. Vente de vêtements et matériels très haut de gamme (mais pas frime). Notamment revendeur stöckli ce qui indique clairement le positionnement.
