Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Received a vinyl sample to help with colour choice, great advice from Ian over the phone when placing my order, he advised I get the backrest which I hadn’t planned or budgeted for but he was right, I cannot imagine having the backless version. Been using my saddle stool (with back) now for just over 2 weeks and I cannot recommend highly enough. I had major spinal surgery 11 years ago and struggle with long periods of sitting and working (well I used to). The saddle stool is really helping me to have better posture when I’m working. Love it !

I can not recommend this company enough. I had a tight deadline for my order. They made and delivered the chairs within the quoted time. The engineers came out to deliver and were polite and courteous. The quality of the product was excellent. Any time I needed to ring the company Ian answered within a few rings.... definitely a little gem .. thank you all
I contacted Meditelle after doing some careful research to place an order for a seat for my workroom “You don’t want that” said Ian, “this is what you want.” So I ordered a saddle seat with adjustable height and tilt. It is absolutely fabulous, the quality and finish are superb. I use it all day, hopping on and off, gliding to different areas and working at different heights. It’s also very satisfying to know it’s made in Birmingham. Well done Meditelle and thanks a million.
Fantastic service! I have been looking for a clinical drawers with specific measurements for a while now. All my usual suppliers did not have what I was looking for. Meditelle came up trumps and a fantastic and very robust piece of equipment at a very reasonable price. Thank you
