We had such a great experience at Bobby Rahal Lexus where we purchased our certified preowned RX 350 today! Ed was a great salesman, and was able to find us exactly the vehicle we were looking for. He made sure we were well taken care of and always felt important. Thanks to him, the vehicle transfer was seamless, and he took the time to show us about all of the features of the car. Ashley helped us complete all of the paperwork and was so nice and professional! We will keep our business there for many years to come!

This 5-Star rating is based on one lease deal here. We have not yet used the service department, but if they're half as customer-focused as their sales team, then we know we're in good hands. From the moment we walked into the showroom until we left with keys in hand, we felt like we were visiting with friends rather than being sold a vehicle. We were trying hard to decide among three other brands for an SUV over the course of about two weeks, and our sales rep, Bill, never even hinted at trying to rush or push us into a decision and though Bobby Rahal gave us an incredible deal, it was just a negotiation between us and not a matter of pressing us for details about the other dealers/deals. They wanted to work with us, not to simply undercut the competition. The was important to us, because at the end of the day, we felt great about our choice and felt good about our new elationship\ with Bobby Rahal Lexus. In addition to just good engagements and offers, Bill was attentive to our care-abouts, was honest about the pros and cons of the different models, and worked hard to find us just the car we wanted, and now love!
