We ordered through phone but when we reach the branch to get our oreder, they had not started it yet. They said that they only reserved our spot in the line but the order would start after we pay! what is the point of ordering via phone when we had to wait?!! Their service is not good and their attitude is not friendly. The food is ordinary and not worth the wait. We will never buy from it again

Since I ordered burgers, it's really tasty, the bun was super soft , patties were amazing, chicken burger was the best "in my opinion". Worth each single Riyal you could pay. Highly recommend...

Smoked rib and brisket are semi dry from the inside ( not juicy at all ) and the brisket was served cold. I recommend trying it in Jeddah’s locations, it’s mostly busy so instantly fresh ,,

Fairly tastey but very overpriced. Very bad experience. Told me 15 minutes and now over 45. Seems to me (might be wrong) that they serve people they know faster. Definitely going to avoid this branch in the future
