What an amazing company! I wanted an item customised with embroidery and received incredible customer service upon requesting this, so easy and friendly to deal with. The item also arrived extremely fast and beautifully packaged!

Gorgeous throw, a fair price for a quality item that will last years - nicely packaged and despatched to NI very quickly. Must visit the shop next time I'm in Donegal!

So glad we visited. Possibly the most instagrammable - which is to say attractive - shop in Donegal if not all of Ireland, the Duthie Memorial Hall which is home to the McNutt woollen mill shop and its many beautiful woollen-based products is worth the trip to Downings alone. You’ll find a sense of continuing tradition, a pride in craftsmanship, and given the strong brand, store’s design and layout, great packaging and goods on offer, a clear appreciation of the modern market and trends. And from the roaring trade they were doing when we visited, it’s clear that it’s in a perfect spot in this popular, touristy part of Donegal. Gifts for family members (and ourselves and our home) sorted for years to come. (Great food in the coffee shop next door too.)

Super little cafe with exquisitely scrumptious home made treats.... Also great for a good Fry up as well... its a small cafe so your likely to have to wait for a table... but it's worth it ...
