We met Doc and Patti while they were participating in a benefit cook off in Destin, Fl. Great couple, great product! Their Jerk Sauce is the real deal, and the hot sauce is unlike any hot sauce I've ever tasted. I ordered from their website when I got back home and it was a big hit at my own barbeque. My husband and I love supporting homegrown businesses and we wish Doc and Patti great success with their sauce.
