I visited KC Summers yesterday with the intention to look at a new vehicle. When I arrived and walked through the building I noticed that none of the employees were wearing masks. When I asked the young girl at the desk about it and she said they didn’t have a policy. At this point I chose to leave. I was rather disappointed. I had seen recent posts on their Facebook page with employees wearing masks. Was this just for show? I’m not certain but pretty sure you can’t contract COVID through Facebook. I was disappointed to see that they were not concerned and seemed to not be taking COVID serious or providing a safe environment for not only themselves but their customers.

Went to KC Summers on Wednesday 1/20/21. My sales person helped me find the perfect vehicle. I applied for financing but all of the loan officers were gone for the day. So they let me drive the vehicle home to show my wife. She loved it.........so on 1/21/21 we drove it back to KC Summers and found out about 8:30 that morning that I had gotten approved for financing with no down payment. They made us feel like family. I will be doing my business there from here on out.

I traveled to KC Summers from Roswell Georgia for a great deal on a very gently used vehicle. The whole experience was fantastic from beginning to end. Bob Janes picked me up from the airport & brought me to meet Jeff White & my new vehicle at KC Summers in Mattoon. Jeff did everything I could think of to make sure I had the best vehicle for me, and it was in better condition than the listing said! To say I am completely satisfied is an understatement. I will be purchasing all of my future vehicles from Jeff ! Thank you !!

Brought my brand new 2020 Sonata Limited into this shop for an oil change. The service took three hours and the technicians did not reset my service light. In addition, their technicians must be intoxicated or something because my car BROKE DOWN with less than 9,000 miles on it because their “trained technicians” failed to properly reinstall the oil drain plug in my new car. Overall poor service received however customer service follow up to make things right was simple and helped relieve some of the frustration.
