I purchased a 70' Trapezoidal Batting Cage From Ultimate Sports Gym in August 2016. The upfront support to answer questions was excellent in helping me to make my decision. Once I made my decision to go with Ultimate Sport Gyms, the order process was simple and everything was received as promised. When I asked Joe for an extra clip for the poles, with out question he sent me a box of extra clips. In summary, to this point, Ultimate Sports Gym has exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a similar product. Thanks , Neil W
