The 2 guys (sorry I didn't get your names) at Maroochydore King IT are amazing! I took my ipad in as my darling daughter had snapped off the headphone jack in the socket.. They took the time between each of them to remove said piece!! I thought I'd have to buy a new ipad but these guys saved me big time. THANKS SO MUCH for your perseverance, you didn't give up :)

King It are bloody brilliant. I have been in business on the sunshine coast for 6 years and have experienced many IT companies and none compare to King IT. From the staff knowledge, pricing, speed on turn around of jobs to overall professionalism they can't be beaten. I own a local bar and restaurant on Ocean St, Maroochydore and King IT has helped me with eftpos/POS terminals going down, to networking issues along with my own personal phones and computers. I am what you would regard a problem client that calls at crazy hours due to my business operating outside their trading hours. Patrick has always been more than happy to help me solve my problems whatever the time. Highly recommend.

We had issues with our Mac, and not only did Josh fix it the first time, when a related issue came up he fixed it quickly and under warranty later. Knowing there were uni assignments on the line, Josh did a quick and excellent job. These people are busy (because they are so good at what they do) but also helpful and kind. You should go there for IT help.

I was a little bit disappointed as I have been to the store recently to have a full diagnostic check and fan clean on my MacBook Pro, something I get done on a yearly basis. Having checked the reviews I decided to pay 180 for the cleaning. Since then my Mac has been in a case and within a padded bag. Upon using my Mac for DJing (my job) it started overheating, lagging and crashed my software. Since I left the sunshine coast 2 weeks ago I had to take it to a store in Byron bay where they found that after the cleaning, the fans had not been plugged back in. I understand that this may have been an accident, however the heat that my Mac was generating I'm so lucky it hasn't burnt or melted on the inside. Frankly I was a bit annoyed as it had cost 180 dollars for something as simple as a fan not being plugged in nearly costing me hundreds. I spoke to management and on the phone he explained that the technician is apple certified, and suggested it was nothing to do with them on their end, however it worked perfectly before going into the store. I was offered 55 dollars store credit (the cost of taking it to another computer store to get it fixed) which is of no use to me as I have now moved away from the sunshine coast or any other stores. I have never felt the need to write a review before, but I'm dissatisfied with the outcome and am pretty annoyed that it was suggested I wasn't being truthful. I'm not saying that this will happen to everyone, but it's just unfortunate that I cannot even be compensated the money that I had to pay to fix a mistake from their end. EDIT Since writing this the store has contacted me and given me the 55 dollar refund instead of store credit which is what I was hoping for. I appreciate them getting in touch, as I said I'm sure it was a complete accident so I've upped the rating to a 3.

The customer service at King IT Sunshine Plaza is outstanding. I had a little issue whereby my Samsung phone was not charging properly. Not only did they fix the issue but they did not charge me. I will certainly be returning here and also recommending my family and friends. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
