I attended a first aid course yesterday, and I have to say it's got to be one of the best I've attended. I am a very shy person in group activities, so to feel that at home to carry out tasks with strangers was amazing. I would recommend Child Matters to everyone, and hope the people of today choose to be first aid knowlegable. Thank you again Claire brilliant. See You again in a couple of years.

Feeling empowered after attending a Family First Aid course last week! I was so worried about 'getting it wrong' if I were to give my child emergency first aid, especially CPR, and now I don't need to be. The tutor, Sarah, is a paediatric practising nurse and gave first hand accounts and stories, simple tips to easily remember, practical demonstrations and latest medical advice that A&E departments actually use today. She was so mesmerising and energetic that the course ran over and I could have easily stayed for more! Just wish I'd booked myself on a course like this years ago when my daughter was a baby. I could have dealt with her breathing difficulties, rashes, raised temperature worries much more calmly and confidently.

I took a first aid course here last year when I was 8 months pregnant. The course was brilliant, very informative but also interactive and fun. I came away feeling so much more confident about dealing with any possible emergencies when my little one arrived. I also continue to receive emails about how to respond in various scenarios. And the food provided was lovely!

My husband and I decided to do the \Family First Aid\ course as we were going to be caring for our grandson. We learnt so much and felt it gave us both confidence to deal with any problems that might arise. Claire was a great tutor and the course was great value for money.
