Simply the most luxurious residential building in Dubai Marina. A dream place to live in Dubai.
Great location, lovely bright spacious apartments. Beautiful swimming pool facilities. However, there are some major disadvantages of you are looking to move in here: • Fire alarm keeps going off multiple times a weeks. It’s almost been a year and nothing had been done. • Visitor parking is only 1 hour free. • Lifts are constantly under maintenance. • Warranty for electrical and A/C expired on the 11/05/2020 and further repairs will be paid by the tenants. And things do break. • Gym is open from 7am which is rather late. • Showers are constantly leaking as poorly designed. Silicone gel can’t solve all your problems.
Was staying at my friends for a couple of days, the receptionists are extremely rude, condescending and they were also rude to friends coming over. They make you wait for long to take you up and the interrogation is a bit offensive. I had been visiting my friend for years and I dint think they changed a bit
