Dr. Glenn has canceled or changed the time for each of my visits and tried to charge me for the changes her office made. I was billed for a visit that my insurance paid for and have yet to receive the balance due me. Dr. Glenn is a lovely person but seems lacking the professional qualities so necessary for confidence from her patients.

Excellent service, my entire family sees Dr Glenn and everyone is extremely satisfied with the office and her professional service. I highly recommend her and she's perfect for black skin care.

I'm just going to highlight the issues briefly. Save yourself and do not use her! -Waited an hour and a half to get in -She disappeared half way through for 30 minutes for whatever reason -She did not listen to my requests and concerns -She prescribed me the MOST EXPENSIVE meds/creams (I bet she is getting in kickbacks from the companies) -She did not warn me and racked up OVER 5000 IN LAB TESTS! -They insisted I paid even though it is supposed to go through insurance Do not use this Doctor, she is borderline fraud.

Dr. Glenn and her staff have repeatedly provided me with extremely poor service. It didn't take me long to realize that their primary concern was not my healthcare. For example, I would have a test done, the sample would get sent to an outside lab, and then they wouldn't get the results back from the lab (and didn't care at all about that fact). The only way I would find out the results was by pestering them to contact the lab to get the results. They provided me with so little help, their billing/accounting is a mess (and conveniently works in their favor), and the time stamp on the parking meter in their parking lot entrance is inaccurate to suck even more money out of you (so it looks like you were there longer than you were).
