Mr. Dwayne D. Davis assisted Mr. John Carter and I in finding my home in Boyle Heights. As a matter of fact, he found the home for me. He listened to not only what I described as my lifestyle, he heard the things I was not saying and instinctively knew what I wanted and how I lived my life. He has a work background and degree in Social Work and was born to help others and make them feel comfortable and at home. He is someone who will make sure you aren’t taken for granted and will find your dream home for the price you can afford. He comes from a culturally diverse background and I believe that contributes to him knowing and truly understanding his clients. He is a great person and an amazing agent. Incredible experience! This is a great place to buy or sell a home. I was blown away by how many in house services and teams they have. There are at least three very large real estate teams and what appears to be over a hundred agents. I couldn’t believe how helpful everyone was! And they also have in house escrow to make everything very simple during the transactional process.
