Had a complete brake failure on a used vehicle I bought from Thornton, not their fault. Vehicle towed there and everything was fixed to my satisfaction. Service manager kept me informed at all times. They proceeded to take care of a recall item that another dealer refused to honor.

The day after having my tires rotated I noticed the center piece on my wheel was missing. When I called in to let them know, they looked for the part and when they couldn't find it, they ordered another one to replace it at no cost. I know other dealers that would have given me the run around. Fortunately Thornton just did what was right and I really appreciated that. I will continue to give them my business.

Doug sold my 2005 Chevy Aveo to me, brand new and I drove it for almost 16 years. I would still be driving it if I hadn't the misfortune of an accident in December. (not my fault) I was very sad that the damages were more expensive than the value of the car...so...back to visit Doug! I love my new Spark although due to the snowstorm I really have driven her much. Doug and the Thornton family are awesome.
