A couple of uniform items were purchased less than 24 hours ago, tried on at home and do not fit. The required size is not in store and unavailable to order, however I am unable to obtain a refund in order to purchase elsewhere. I understand that refunds are not usual practice, & it is a credit note, however due to current situation with covid - I would expect the no refund policy to be relaxed considering you DO NOT allow the children to try on in store. My business is offering this facility as is many others. Parents do not have a vast amount of excess cash to splurge on uniform items after 6 months of furlough. I will be contacting the 2 schools in question.

This school uniform shop is absolutely amazing. Really good quality and good service. The uniform material is better than kids stop. Would advise you to go here and quit going kids stop.
