nicely furnished property in a great location (and well-priced too). landlord has been very helpful and quick to respond to any queries / requests for assistance. much better service from the landlord than for the house we had last year.

Currently studying in Manchester and was passed on details for the guys. Now living in one of the houses with a great set of people. Really enjoy living in a pleasant house which is looked after. Will definitely be using them next year as well.
This is the second time I've rented from these guys and I can highly recommend their student houses, always well furnished and clean, never had any problems.
Mould everywhere. Residents unfriendly.
