I have just had delivery of my first order from Centreshot. I ordered some new limbs on Sunday evening and they arrived on Friday lunchtime, well within the 7 working day estimate. I had a text from Parcelforce with a 1 hour delivery slot which they met. The only suggestion I have is to update the order status on the website so customers know the progress of their order. Mine still said the order was being processed even after it was delivered. After several probelms with my local store in Kent, it is refreshing to find a supplier that delivers a good service.

If I could give no stars I would, the attitude towards running their business is awful. They couldn’t care less about customers (chosen) and I would never even consider clicking on the website again.
Very pleased with quick response and postage times for my online order plus an enquiry over the phone. Haven't visited the shop in person so cant really say more. Ta
Incredible service, just pure quality and efficiency. Ordered a new set of arrows at very short notice; all arrived in Dublin within 7 working days, and all assembled beautifully and exactly to spec. Excellent service, phoned ahead to make sure they were still shipping during lockdown. The phone went to a answer phone then a pleasant chap picked up. ordered a BMC 18cm Compacted Foam Target - 80cm x 80cm. Arrived in a couple of days and as described. Thanks C.S.A.S
