Sent two messages just asking a technical question about a Delfin Duero 460, can it be adjusted to fit smaller trays 400mm x 600mm, I tried twice they could not even be bothered to reply to me. Tens of thousands of dollars on a machine, won't even answer a simple question. Terrible Service!
