I have used Richer Sounds for all of my audio needs for many years both online and in-store. On this occasion I was updating my home cinema system but was unsure what would suit my needs. As always the friendly staff guided me through the many choices and I ended up getting a new Denon receiver, Dali E-12 f sub and Eltac Atmos speakers plus a mass of speaker cable. Now my system rivals Vue cinema, taking Call of Duty and films to a new level, luckily I'm in a detached property or else I may have some complaints! If you want this type of gear then this is the place to go.
Outstanding customer service experience. Huge knowledge to help me make an informed purchase yet again ( a tv this time ) I still have a separates system with mission speakers bought 26 years ago which is in perfect working order and still sounds incredible. Thank you Richer Sounds
