We arranged for Maid Up North to come in once a week for 2 hours and do some cleaning for my 96 year old mother. They have been coming in for about a month so far. This is the first time my mum has ever had someone come in and help with the cleaning. I was impressed with the ease of setting up the service and excellent comms from the company. Payment is straightforward and we receive two emails prior to upcoming visit confirming the time, date etc and with an option to rearrange. They also send an email following the visit to confirm that payment has been taken. As I manage virtually everything for mum, but live in Cambridge not Newcastle, it is incredibly helpful to be able to do everything electronically. The young lady that has been doing the cleaning for my mum has done a fantastic job and not only turns up on time each week but also doesn't leave until the whole 2 hours are up. This hugely impressed my mum! She is also really pleasant and friendly with my mum. Can't really get any better than that. Really delighted with every aspect of the service and do not hesitate to recommend to others. Really is a 5 star service. The service is excellent value for money and this was important for my mum as she lives solely on her pension.

Got the MaidUpNorth team in, via a recommendation, to carry out a deep clean before starting a weekly standard clean. Could not have been more impressed. They were punctual, precise and extremely thorough. It meant that my weekly cleaner knew the house inside out and it was a clean slate ready for the regular weekly standard cleans. The oven was sparkling and like new! All the staff that I've had contact with are so lovely and helpful and all are super professional. Could not fault a thing!
Maid Up North provide a high quality clean as per my requirements. After a series of very dissappointing cleaners, I've been using Maid Up North for around nine months and am really happy with the ease of the system, the ability to request which tasks you require doing and the high standard of cleaning and attention to detail. Furthermore, they always take on board your feedback, so if there is something you want doing a specific way, they listen and adapt. Lovely service with friendly staff and worth it's weight!
