Cheap, clean, a bit crowded swimming pool in the center of Madrid. Staff is nice, all you need is a cap and a padlock (bring slippers also, for propper hygiene). I understand that there are some bad reviews but I've had absolutely nice experience. It is a bit crowded but what can you expect from cheap and nice pool in the center of Madrid? I came on Saturday, 8 in the morning, and there were 3 people per lane. I think up to 6-7 is still comfortable. Ticket for ten entrances will cost you 40 (there is a discount for younger people) and you can use it in SPECIFIC TIMES (I've uploaded them). There is also an area near pool for stretching, with instructions :)

Completely serviceable. Nice showers. Incredibly polite swimmers. Swam 8 am Saturday morning when all lanes are available. So lots of swimmers. But they segregate themselves appropriately slow moderate and fast- 2 lanes each. Happy to swim while watching sunrise out the east facing window. Just go, swim, and enjoy. Don't forget your cap, towel, and lock.

What was once an oasis for exercise is now impossibly crowded. The cardio machines are constantly breaking down and there are no replacements. Being able to work out is becoming more and more difficult. I urge the management to address these matters and restore the great atmosphere that we all enjoyed. Given the tiny amount of room in the gym area and the current pandemic, I have not gone to the gym for more than a year so can't gauge whether or not the machines are now fixed!

The facilities are nice and new. However, there are a lot of rules to follow and the swimming pool only goes to your waist. It’s like swimming in a bathtub. The gym is tiny for the amount of people and therefore usually crowded. It’s also much more expensive than other deportivo’s. The staff (not all there was one nice lady out of the 4 employees I encountered) are not the nicest and they have an attitude. I couldn’t wait for August to end to go back to my normal friendly big polideportivo. My suggestion .... go somewhere else.

This pool is super crowded. Many lanes were used for lessons and were unavailable for general swimming. Even lanes designated for general swimming can have children and/or adults receiving individual swimming lessons. I felt sorry for those in the slow lane as they had to endure the most frustration - slow 'swimmers' bobbing instead of actually swimming, children or other adults receiving individual lessons, and so many people who were seniors or beginning swimmers. Also because their second lane was generally one of those closed for regular swimmers, they had absolutely no option but to swim with the crowds and non-swimmers. We tried coming at various times of the day and evening - weekday evenings are the worst! The schedule is posted but pretty confusing to figure out the best time to come. Staff at the desk ranged from really nice to indifferent. Many people were poor swimmers with arms flailing and splashing. With the crowded nature of the pool one had to duck from time to time to avoid an arm in the face. Lifeguards did little to monitor swimmers. Yes it was reasonable as far as cost goes and the locker rooms clean and convenient but the whole experience left us frustrated and stressed out. Next visit to Madrid we would not come to this pool.
