Was very quick to take on the debt, lost of emails at first. Then came the conflicting stories one minute they had been to visit debtor, then it wasn’t possible. Charged us for a addictions fee, then asked for another but we had already paid over 400 to them. We asked for a copy of the additional fee we paid for and haven’t heard from them since - not had what we paid for
