We’ve used MAC on a few occasions now to make additions and rectify faults on our existing alarm and cctv system left by a previous installer. From initially calling the office to the engineers attending our house they have always been a friendly, down to earth and professional company to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble and I’ll definitely be using MAC in the future and recommending to others.

Brilliant service as per usual from MAC, prompt and reliable, and Hayley in the office always pleasant and chatty makes us feel valued every time we need to speak to someone even when we have a silly question. The team know there stuff and make us feel at ease, Taylor was such a lovely lad very pleasant and easy to talk to, he sorted our door sensor that had been knocked offline and serviced our system testing each security item. I have used Mac Security Systems for a number of years when my clients require an electrical security solution such as an intruder alarm or CCTV system and I have never had any complaints in their service, price or their products, however I have never had cause to use them directly on my own property until recently. I wanted a new intruder alarm and CCTV system on my house that was user friendly for the family as well as a security deterrent to potential intruders. Mac didn’t disappoint, they started with a survey of my property where they learnt my needs, then they provided a timely affordable quotation and installation date that suited my availability. The installation wasn’t straight forward, the guys couldn’t find a simple route for the cables to run without ripping up carpets and floorboards and drilling large holes in ceilings which was not something any of us wanted. However, they persevered and installed both systems with little to no damage and worked none stop all day (well past 19:00) to ensure the job was complete and to a standard we were all happy with, they tidied up after themselves and left me with a fantastic product that was delivered exceptionally. I have no problem at all in recommending Mac Security Systems for any electrical security solution you may need, they are an excellent, affordable and quality family run business.

From start to finish the service was most professional but at the same time, very friendly and helpful. The installation itself was carried out without any fuss or mess, despite the guys having to work on the hottest day of the year so far, in plus 30C! We would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you!
Recently had 4 camera CCTV system installed. The lads Taylor and Scott were very professional. 3 cameras were installed to the house and the other one was installed within my shed. Took a lot of work and definitely a lot longer than they had planned but the lads really had patience and did not give up even when it seemed near impossible to do. Taylor went out of his way to neaten up wiring that I had previously installed myself to combine with the new installation. Worked for 8 hours without any breaks to get the job done, with quite a few hurdles along the way. I am very impressed with his workmanship and really appreciate the effort that both him and Scott put in. Excellent service, would 100% recommend to anyone. Couldn't thank them enough. (Even helped a neighbour move a skip midway through! Very friendly and helpful lads!)
