The most useless student organization I have seen. We tried to get some help during corona difficulties, but they just ignored any emails and never called back. When I called there I found the whole department took holidays on working days! The other days they came or left whenever they wanted, impossible to reach anyone. So, in times when students, especially international, suffering, they just get salary from our fees for nothing, whereas the university tries to get money for students. I really don't understand what they are doing. Also their legal consultant was extremely rude and gave only misleading information.

Seitdem im Servicebüro neue Mitarbeiter sind wird man stets freundlich mit einem Lächeln begrüßt. Auch in der Coronazeit versucht der AStA alles um die Studis in der schweren Zeit zu unterstützen.
Als nicht Deutscher sieht man das wahre Gesicht da drinne Es ist ganz schlimm wie Sie sich mit Studenten umgehen
Leider politisch (ideologisch) sehr einseitig. Aber sonst meist zuverlässig.
