Seriousness is optional in the second hand car department, huge differences between the description of the car and what it actually is. If you wanna buy a car there anyway get them to show you exactly every point of the description for “professionalism” isn’t part of their dictionary. We lost three weeks because of them.

Very nice personell, always honest and trying to give you a couple of choices when you have a problem. It is a bit expensive compared to other car repair shops, but that is what you expect from an authorized dealer. Still I would pay a bit more than got sold some nonsense repair.

Their personel need training on how to do customer service! These men are rude and arrogant and unhelpful to the point where it is infuriating that I refused to spend money there! I traveled an hour an half to Ulm to autohaus Sayler to buy my Mazda 6 instead. These guys treated me like I was a human being not some second rate citizen who had trouble speaking German. These people went out of their way to be friendly. I will never go back to this Mazda dealership again! How can these guys have a job selling when they are humiliating customers, I really don't get it!
