Visited this store on Wednesday.. what a great experience it was! There was a fairly long queue outside and an extremely friendly and helpful member of staff came to us asking if she could get our shopping!! She also helped me make decisions on my purchases! Absolutely brilliant!! This is exactly the kind of service which makes you want to return to a store!!

Popped in for some Lemon Fluttery for my beautiful Mistresses tootsies. No worries procuring the item and some Happy happy shower gel also . Lovely staff nice little outlet of the Lush family. Bless
Came a few weeks ago, and there was one young girl that stood outside in the rain talking to me as I was by myself, then as I got into the store she helped me all round the shop to get the best products as someone that I was buying for had sensitive skin. The girl stood telling me all about the products and found what was my best options and even made me laugh countless times. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced considering I’m still a teenager, she was absolutely amazing :) would 100% recommend :) x
Excellent customer service. They are trying very hard in these very difficult times. The staff were creative in helping me to be able to smell the products I was interested in while I still kept my mask on. I love their products, the scents, the ethical way they are made... All good.
Pick up click and collect order from Buchanan Street shop. Very pleasant staff, and very efficient. To top it all off, they had popped a wee surprise bath bar in with the order ! Brought a smile to our faces during such unpleasant times. Thanks again Buchanan Street Lush. Stay safe.
