Very hard to find but thankfully managed to. Cool inside as it was a torrent of heat out. Short menu, in fact there is no menu as they only do 2 things. Kebabs and paratha. All you do is tell them how many plates you want. It’s pretty cheap and the kebabs are awesome. Not the place for your veg date. Top notch. Worth the hunt.

Great kababs.. nice authentic food. They serve Badde k kababs here.. in the centre of the old lucknow. Kababs are very soft at same same time crispy at top. Parathas they serve are great too. No air conditions are there. Hygiene is a issue.. very hot in summers. No restroom available.. but if u wanna have the original and authentic food plz visit the place.
We were 6 went to the Lucknow's famous Tunday Kababi, it's no longer a name but a brand spread across India. The place is not great, or the ambience but ohh boy the food does justice and the price is reasonable. For 6 foodie's we got a shocking bill of 1400/- to which one said Bhai kisi or table ka hoga itna Kam nhi ho sakta :D. But in all Galawat Kebabs are really mouth melting irrespective of your food status.
Original tunday kababi is in aminabad.its always busy.to much rush Now taste pf kabab is worst.
I need not tell people why I fell in love with this place, everyone needs to experience it on their own.
I am vegetarian but when ever I plan to go Lucknow, I made point to visit this place. I take with myself a non vegetarian friend whom I ask to taste Tundey Kababs. The review is based on the feedback I received from my non vegetarian friends, the food quality is just awesome. As the market is always busy there service is also prompt and the staff is extremely courteous. I just love being it here. You will always found this place crowded with kebab lovers, where people taking photos of kebabs. But this place not only serve kebabs, it has more to offer. I am attaching the pictures of biryani which is also one of the famous delicacies of tundey kebab.

Food was definitely worth it. Service was fast. The place is an old restaurant, attention to cleanliness is low. The staff does not provide you a bill unless you ask for it which I believe is wrong. Make sure you ask for a bill because you never know staff might just pocket your money.
