I go to Outback all of the time. Every single time I go, I make sure a waitress named Sara is serving me. If the staff is half as good as her I know that they are all excellent. She is personable, friendly and always makes sure I’m 100% satisfied with my order. The food is good but the service is phenomenal. thanks outback for the food.... thanks sara for the experience.

My daughter offered to share her Dr. Pepper with me when the waitress kept forgetting to bring me one after we asked for a refill.... She finally remembered after to bring one... After she asked my husband if he wanted another Strawberry Lemonade and brought it to him... I would guve zero stars for the customer service, and leaving out the cleaners for everyone to see. 1 star because the food was decent.
Absolutely delicious as usual. Very friendly staff and quick service. It was one of last days of indoor dining, and it was packed to capacity. They were still able to get my food promptly. Moreover, it's not often that the staff get my order correctly, regardless of what establishment I visit, and the waitress was astonishing perfect with my order, the cooks made my steak exactly how I asked. I miss you ️
I'll probably never go back IN to eat.. I ordered take out hostess were sweet, bartender was rude. The two girls running take out had attitude issues. Hopefully the food is worth it ..
Food was good. Waitress was good. 30min wait for the Appetizer and another 20min for the main course when they are not that busy gets the lower rating.
