My friend used Mr. Brightwell to help her with her mother's estate. She asked me to post this because she said she was \afraid\ of him. When she asked him a question he yelled at her and said that he had already explained that to her before. Later she got his bill and was shocked that she charged her so much for what was a very small estate. He even showed up 30 minutes late for Court one time, but charged her for the entire time for the hearing.
