Clean, organized and very helpful staff. I had a smooth experience regarding scheduling, service and call to pick up car when done. They also gave me a loaner car so that I could go back to my meeting or offered Lyft ride.

Though this one doesn't have a very large showroom, and not as many cars in inventory, we have been coming here for years to have our car serviced. Bought a MDX 16 years ago here and we came back to buy a new one now. The staff is very experienced and professional. The prices quoted were competitive.
I was visiting this service center with rps fluctuations issue on my Acura RDX 2018. My service manager Thomas Finlay did a great job taking care of my car. In just an hour I got feedback after the diagnostic was done with a reason about my issue and clear item by item explanation what should be done to fix it with all price information as well. I would highly recommend this service center and Thomas Finlay to care for your car.
I have had my last two cars serviced at Los Gatos Acura and specifically by Russ Sauer. He is always gracious and professional. He goes over my bill to be sure I am satisfied and answers any questions I might have. If you own and Acura this is the place to bring your car.
I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with the Finance Director Mr: Vu Nguyen. He worked quickly and respect my time, he showed me the Carfax report and other paper before Signing my papers. He took the time to listen to me and explaining about my van, Even though I was not buying a brand new car he took care of me as if I was buying a new car experience.
