I try not to let the one star reviews scare me away however I can verify that they are totally justified. I submitted an application and holding deposit to this building (500 up front just to apply) only to have my calls ignored for almost a week straight. Upon requesting to withdraw my application and get a refund for my holding deposit I was told it would be up to one month before I got it back and I would have to wait for a paper check in the mail. Avoid this building there’s a reason it has so many one star reviews. Upon first applying for this place the leasing agent didn’t call me back till 8 PM which is extremely unprofessional. Upon having my personal agent inspect the property it was clear that the previous tenant had been smoking inside of the unit and that a cheap electric deodorizer was being used to cover it up.

Theft/Security Issues We’d like prospective residents, and even current residents, to be aware of a theft that took place and to realize that their packages being left at their doors will not be secure. This building had 24-hour security up until 10/12/2017. The following week, on 10/17/2017, two packages were stolen from outside our apartment door around 4 p.m. The packages were out to be picked up by UPS, which is something we’ve done without incident for the past 4.5 years. The items stolen had a total value of 635.00, so a police report was filed and we requested security footage from the management. At the time of this review, it has been 8 days since submitting the police report to management and they have still not responded. The management had previously offered package receiving for residents who did not want packages left at their door. Due to the security issues, we requested they receive our packages from now on. However, we received notice on 10/28/2017 that they will no longer be receiving packages for any residents in the building and all items will be left at our doors. Additionally, Friday-Tuesday there is only security from 6 p.m.-6 a.m. Wednesday & Thursday there is 24-hour security. An assistant manager is present when there is no security, unless he is on lunch, on a break, or showing an apartment. During these times, it is easy for anyone to enter the building and “piggy-back” on the elevator to access our floors. The building is advertised as having a 24/7 concierge, but this isn’t exactly true anymore. Due to the theft that has occurred, this building and our packages are not safe.

The building Manager Naomi is unethical, biased, rude, and flat out incompetent. She's aggressive toward tenants, building staff and any concern by residents are dismissed. She's more concerned with her social calendar and attempting to stay thin, it's not working by the way, than keeping the property clean and running properly. The valet service is horrible, their staff if just as rude as Naomi. The valet should be free if residents are expected to deal with rundeness and disorganization. The front desk staff with exception of a couple have constant attitudes and don't provide \concierge\ level service. It's a shame that not only has this horrible manager attempted to artificially inflate the rating here, she has done it on the Yelp page too. Prospective tenants beware! Why attempt to artificially inflate your rating if you're not trying to cover up for something? This building used to be a 5 star property, but ever since the incompetent manager Naomi was imposed on the residents, the property deserves less than 1 star. Don't move here until you verify that she has been fired. It's long overdue.
