Tam O'Shanter is located in Los Angeles, United States on 2980 Los Feliz Blvd. Tam O'Shanter is rated 4.6 out of 5 in the category bar & grill in United States. Bring our tradition of good cheer, warm hospitality and exceptional food to your home or office. We’re proud to be in our 10th decade of continuous service. We originally considered it a quiet pastoral road stop, since Los Feliz Boulevard was just an unpaved country lane traversed by rabbits and rabbit hunters, in that order.t’s when Walt Disney and his animators, set designers and crews would trek out between takes for a bite and a refreshment. So often in fact, the Tam was once dubbed “the studio commissary.” Join us and see why the Tam is said to have been Walt’s favorite restaurant.a family-run establishment, we’re committed to keeping our community safe. We always practice strong hygiene protocols and rigorously adhere to all CDC food safety standards.until we’re able to welcome you back in our dining rooms, let us bring a little comfort to you.

Brunch was beautiful. Plenty of outside seating properly distanced. Service very polite. Food delicious. Our party of four enjoyed corned beef sandwiches, chicken & waffles ( syrup had a bit of heat) brunch burger and fries & crunchy chicken sandwich. Sandwiches served with peanut slaw beets & pickles. Everything was cooked perfectly. We all enjoyed our afternoon out.

The food is spectacular, the service is stellar and the ambiance is authentically charming and inviting (lessened a bit due to Covid indoor dining regulations). Best place for broading your scotch horizons while dining on a delicious steak or salmon. As a starter, the Scottish rarebit is SO good, don't skip it. This is NOT the place to get loud, drunk and stupid while partying. It's a classic.

I celebrated my birthday this evening in this excellent restaurant. I am glad to say that it was a sensational evening and the place was undoubtedly one of the reasons for this strong event. The crew contributed in a splendid way, the meals were tasty and my buddies were very overjoyed. We shall definitely visit again for more events. thanks very much.

We were intrigued by the history of the place. It is quite old school in a good way. Our server was great friendly and accurate. The only problem is we ordered a pork sandwich and when we got it it was dry so we asked for mustard and they said that they didn't carry it. All in all it was an interesting experience I'll look back at history

Very well organized St Patrick’s day dinner. Food was old school, small quantity, and not great... but they were super busy. This is old school nostalgic place and you go here for the history more than the food. That said, they were all working very hard.
