back in April of 2018 I took Chef Eric's Culinary Classroom Basics class. It was 4 Monday nights of professional lessons and well crafted recipes. I was on the 3rd Monday that we made a fresh pasta and bolognese sauce that would turn out to be the catalyst for me to venture further into culinary programs. I recently completed the 16 week Master Chef Program (2/12/19) and I am currently taking the 10 week Master baking program. Chef Eric is a talented chef and amazing teacher. I appreciate his positive approach to things. I'd also like to thank Juana for her amazing attitude and for all the hard work she does to keep the dishes washed.

I've attended 2 of Jordan's cooking classes and both were fantastic. In the process of cooking (and eating) a killer meal, you discuss all manner of topics from knife skills to the best places for particular ingredients to the rationale for certain cooking techniques to favorite restaurants. The recipes are simple enough to not be intimidating but The techniques are universal enough that I apply them to most of my cooking. Jordan is also a very entertaining guy, so the classes are a lot of fun.

Received the class as a gift and was slightly apprehensive. I ended up having a great time, picking up a few new skills and learning how to make some amazing recipes. Jordan himself is fantastic- The consummate host who makes everyone feel comfortable yet has a great sense of wit and humor. After making just the appetizer at home the next day, my husband asked when I was going to go to another class I do plan on it!

Surpassed our expectations in every way. First of all we weren't sure what we were getting into and Jordon's friendly mannerism instantly put us at ease. He has a wonderful sense of humor that assisted in bonding the entire group of strangers. We learned not only how to make a wonderful meal but so many small but very helpful tips (cutting, seasoning...). My husband and I have duplicated the meal we made in class with no problem at all. We are looking forward to many more classes with Jordon.
